Norman E. O'Shea is a 30 year seasoned veteran of high technology manufacturing and supply chain management recognized for innovative manufacturing strategy and execution.
Prior to joining Dynamics Inc., Norman held senior executive operational and supply chain positions in global companies as well as high technology start-ups.
He was chief process and production architect of the Fremont, California facility for Steve Job's start-up 'NeXT' computer company.
His manufacturing experience is spread over large and small CEM (contract electronic manufacturers) as well as global OEMs such as Motorola in Schaumburg, Illinois where he was granted a US patent for groundbreaking assembly process for RF (radio frequency) devices.
Norman's has been responsible for the manufacturing of a wide range of technical products including medical devices, miniature RF transceivers for the UAV, telecom equipment and 'smart metering' RF meters and transponders for the electric, gas and water utility industry.
He is graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in Ceramic Engineering (Material Science).
