Jim Workley's career spans more than 30 years of executive and engineering experience in companies providing microprocessor based commercial oriented products and components. Jim continues to build on a series of accomplishments in hands-on engineering covering research, design, and development of products as well as managing engineering teams, production testing of products, and building engineering teams.

Prior to Dynamics, Jim was the Engineering Manager of Foerster Instruments Inc. for 20 years - a company focused on magnetic measurement instruments and instruments for measuring the material properties of metals. Jim also was head of the R&D lab magnetic measurements group at the Magnetics Inc., a Division of Spang Industries, and an R&D engineer with American Glass Research designing specialty instruments.

Jim holds a BS degree from Geneva College.
