Prior to joining Dynamics, Dale held the position of Vice President of Global Supply Chain Operations for Philips Respironics and led the global support services for manufacturing, strategic sourcing, supply chain logistics, customer service and inside sales processes for all of Philips Respironics business units.

Dale joined Respironics, now part of Philips Home Healthcare Solutions, in January 1992 as Logistics Manager and has served in various positions in operations and customer relationship management. Throughout his tenure with Respironics, Dale has been instrumental in the development and implementation of the company's industry leading strategies in lean manufacturing, global supply chain logistics, strategic sourcing, customer finance and proactive customer service.

Dale began his career with Frito-Lay, Inc., in 1982 where he held positions of increasing responsibilities in manufacturing, plant engineering, materials management and logistics. While with Frito-Lay, Dale gained valuable experience managing several new plant and product line startups while also implementing numerous process improvements that have been implemented throughout the Frito-Lay manufacturing system and logistic network.

Dale earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration and Management Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Carnegie-Mellon University.
